In the centre of our competences is complex CNC machining of metal parts on numerical machines according to the specifications/drawings provided by the customer.

Our machine park includes the following machines:

• vertical, 3,4,5- axis milling centres
• horizontal milling centres with palletization and a circular table
• advanced turning lathes with sub-spindel and driven tools
• numerical lathes and milling machines
• conventional lathes, milling machines, grinding machines (for planes, holes and studs), boring machines etc.;
• vibratory machines for surface treatment of details - polishing, trimming;
• ultrasonic washing machine, shot-blasting machine, vibratory barrel.

We offer multiaxial machining of details (overall dimensions: up to 1000x1000x500mm) and rollers (overall dimensions: up to fi700x2000mm) in the 6th class of tolerance on NC turning lathes and NC milling machines. We specialize in the production of details in small and medium series. All details are manufactured of certified materials. 

In Bukpol we also make all casting moulds, tooling, moulds for plastic and casting models for our production.
